1. Order Processing Time

Preparation: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Quality Check: Each orolaya product undergoes a final inspection before leaving our fulfillment centers to ensure it meets our high standards for performance and safety.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer tiered shipping options to meet your needs:

Once your order is in transit, you can track its journey directly on our website or via the carrier's portal (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS).

4. International Shipping & Customs
Orolaya proudly ships to customers worldwide. For international orders:

Customs/Duties: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays in customs clearance.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We can deliver most of our products to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. However, please note that Expedited Shipping is typically not available for these locations.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or building management.

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early).
